Our 5-year Plan
Every five years, local public health agencies develop a Public Health Improvement Plan (PHIP). A PHIP is the product of a community health assessment, which integrates feedback from community members and various partners to understand current top health issues in each county.
The regional PHIP that is currently in the works (2024-2029) is comprised of two priority areas: Capacity Building and Behavioral Health, with a focus on health equity within each area.
